Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ONIX Media / Onix Player mobile application (the "App") and related websites operated by Aplicaciones Patrimoniales Moreia S.L. ("ONIX Media", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Services

Onix Player lets athletes build and share player dossiers, communicate with clubs and agencies, and use related tools such as messaging and Onix Helper. Agencies may create an organisation profile, invite players and staff, review applications, and manage roster information subject to these Terms.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Some features require a one-time Full Access purchase on iOS (processed by Apple) or an equivalent entitlement. Free features remain available without that purchase as described in the App.

3. Player dossiers and agency consent

You own the content you upload to your dossier, subject to the licenses below. When you join a club or agency with an invite code, or when you apply to an agency and are accepted, the App asks for your consent. By accepting, you authorize that agency's admin and agents to view, edit, and share your dossier (including profile details, statistics, photos, videos, and related media) with coaches and clubs for representation and recruitment. You may leave the agency in the App to end that membership access going forward. Leaving does not automatically undo edits already made or materials already shared with third parties.

Agency admins may optionally allow their agents to edit the shared agency profile. Agents may not change that permission themselves.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
• Do not misuse messaging, applications, or agency tools to harass others or spam the platform.

5. License to ONIX Media

You grant ONIX Media a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit your content as needed to operate the Services, including sharing with people or agencies you authorize.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee placements, contracts, or outcomes with clubs or agencies. We are not a party to agreements between players and agencies unless we expressly say so in writing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONIX Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for Full Access in the twelve months before the claim, or €50 if you paid nothing.

8. Termination

You may delete your account in the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
